Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup peas and carrots
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Topping
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add sauce ingredients and vegetables.
  3. Fill muffin tin with mixture.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Let pies cool slightly before removing from tin.
