Ingredients
  

  • 3–4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 6–8 pepperoncini peppers plus juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Place roast in cooking vessel.
  2. Add seasoning, butter, and pepperoncini.
  3. Cook until fork-tender using preferred method.
  4. Shred and serve with gravy.
