- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in eggs, bananas, molasses, and vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan, brush with butter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until set.
- Cool before slicing.
