  • 8 oz spaghetti or egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Equipment

  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter and oil.
  3. Add sauces and sugar.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce.
  5. Add butter and pasta water for silky texture.
  6. Stir in parmesan and serve.
