  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.33 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Toss cauliflower with oil and spices.
  2. Roast until golden and tender.
  3. Whisk tahini, honey, lemon, and garlic.
  4. Thin sauce with warm water.
