Truffle Base
  • 1.5 cups Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.5 cup almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk as needed
Coatings
  • cocoa powder
  • shredded coconut
  • crushed pistachios
  • sesame seeds
  • dark chocolate melted for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Soften dates if needed by soaking briefly in warm water.
