Cookie Dough Base
  • 1.5 cups almond flour blanched
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix almond flour and salt.
  2. Add nut butter and sweetener.
  3. Stir in almond milk and vanilla.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
