Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 12 Oreo cookies chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and peppermint.
  3. Fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
  4. Spread filling over crust and chill at least 6 hours.
  5. Decorate with whipped cream and candy canes before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best slicing results.
