Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla, stir until sticky dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.

Notes

Adjust oats or protein powder if dough is too wet or dry.
