Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix in yogurt, olive oil, salt, and flour to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Divide, roll, and cook on skillet until golden and puffed.

Notes

Keep cooked bread covered to retain softness.
