Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 can green chilies diced and drained
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with spices, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken until golden, then remove.
  4. Sauté garlic, then add cream and cream cheese.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and green chilies.
  6. Return chicken to pan and simmer until cooked through.
  7. Garnish and serve.
