Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and spices.
- Add uncooked spaghetti, press into liquid, bring to a boil, then simmer until tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover and let melt.
- Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Add extra vegetables or beans for more heartiness. Adjust spice to taste.
