Ingredients
  

Monkey Bread
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Orange Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp orange juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into bite-size pieces.
  3. Mix sugars, cinnamon, and orange zest in a bowl.
  4. Toss dough pieces in sugar mixture and layer in pan.
  5. Whisk butter, orange juice, and vanilla; pour over dough.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Cool 10 minutes, invert onto plate.
  8. Drizzle with orange glaze and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Add nuts or dried fruit for variation.
