- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and arrange taco shells upright.
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer until thick.
- Fill taco shells with beef and top with cheese.
- Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are crisp.
Notes
For extra crisp edges, let cheese touch the shell sides.
