Taco Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 10-12 hard taco shells
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef with seasoning until browned.
  3. Arrange taco shells on baking sheet.
  4. Fill shells with meat and cheese.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until crispy and melted.
