Cookie Base
  • 0.75 cup almond butter unsweetened
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix almond butter and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Stir in shredded coconut.
  4. Add almond milk gradually until thick.
