Method
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and dill, spoon over salmon.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh dill and do not overcook salmon for best results.
