Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare sheet pan.
  2. Season and roast potatoes for 20 minutes.
  3. Add steak to pan and brush with garlic butter.
  4. Top steak with Parmesan and roast until desired doneness.
  5. Broil briefly for golden crust and rest before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crust texture.
