Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and steam dry.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet.
  3. Smash potatoes gently and drizzle with olive oil and seasoning.
  4. Roast 35–40 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
  5. Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Drizzle sauce over potatoes and garnish before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for best crispiness.
