Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pecan Topping
  • 1.5 cups pecans chopped
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare and bake the graham cracker crust.
  2. Mix cheesecake filling until smooth.
  3. Bake cheesecake layer until just set.
  4. Prepare pecan topping on stovetop.
  5. Pour topping over cooled cheesecake.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Best chilled overnight for clean slices.
