Prime Rib
  • 4-6 lbs prime rib roast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Bring meat to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  3. Mix seasoning paste.
  4. Rub roast evenly.
  5. Roast 20 minutes at high heat.
  6. Reduce heat and cook until desired doneness.
  7. Rest before slicing.
