Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 jalapeƱos
  • 1.5 cups white rice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with spices, oil, and lime.
  2. Roast or grill until golden and cooked through.
  3. Blend aji verde sauce ingredients until smooth.
  4. Cook rice and finish with lime and cilantro.
