  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 12 oz beef steak thinly sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups provolone cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Sear beef quickly in butter and oil, then remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté onions and peppers until softened.
  4. Add garlic, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Stir in cream and cheese until smooth.
  6. Combine beef and tortellini with sauce and serve.
