- Heat oil and scramble eggs; remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Cook protein until nearly done.
- Add bell pepper and green onion whites; stir-fry.
- Caramelize pineapple slightly.
- Add rice and seasonings; stir-fry to coat.
- Return eggs, add nuts and green tops; finish with sesame oil.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Use cold rice for best texture. Adjust spice to preference.
