Salad
  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup pistachios chopped
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Method
 

  1. Mix pudding and pineapple with juice.
  2. Add marshmallows and nuts.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Chill 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

Do not drain pineapple; juice is needed.
