Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili oil optional
  • 25 frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups bok choy chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat oils in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add broth, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add frozen potstickers and cook until tender.
  5. Add mushrooms and bok choy; simmer briefly.
  6. Season to taste and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level with chili oil or chili crisp.
