Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red chili chopped
  • 1 cup Thai basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 12 spring roll wrappers

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Frying pan or baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Cook beef with garlic and chili until browned.
  2. Add sauces, sugar, pepper, and basil. Cool slightly.
  3. Roll filling into wrappers and seal with egg.
  4. Fry or bake until golden and crisp.

Can be frozen uncooked and cooked directly from frozen.
