Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt thick, plain
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter slightly warmed
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate melted

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt evenly onto the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle peanut butter over the yogurt.
  5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
  6. Swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
  8. Break into pieces and store frozen.

Let bark sit 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
