- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread yogurt evenly onto the baking sheet.
- Drizzle peanut butter over the yogurt.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
- Swirl gently with a knife.
- Freeze until firm, about 2–3 hours.
- Break into pieces and store frozen.
