- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, then slowly add sugar until stiff and glossy.
- Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla.
- Pipe or spoon meringue into a wreath shape with individual nests.
- Bake 75–90 minutes until dry. Cool completely in oven.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fill pavlova nests with cream and top with fresh berries before serving.
