  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, salt, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
