Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 cup ground chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli steamed and chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp carrot grated optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Steam and finely chop broccoli.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  4. Shape into small nuggets.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cool before serving.

Notes

Ensure nuggets are soft and fully cooked before serving to babies.
