Brownie Batter
  • 1 box brownie mix plus box ingredients
Raspberry Layer
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.33 cup raspberry preserves

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • 9×13 baking pan
  • Spatula
  • Wire rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking pan according to brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare brownie batter as directed and pour into pan.
  3. Drop raspberry preserves over batter and add raspberries.
  4. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and cool fully before cutting.
