Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 lime juiced
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add raspberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  5. Serve immediately and garnish as preferred.

Notes

Use coconut cream instead of coconut milk for a richer, dessert-style drink.
