Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions.
- Drain the ravioli and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce needs loosening.
