Method
- Chop Reese’s peanut butter cups into small pieces.
- Heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and chopped peanut butter cups until fully incorporated.
- Chill mixture for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll mixture into balls, then coat in cocoa powder or optional toppings.
- Refrigerate truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of truffles before chilling.
