  • 2 mangoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare mangoes and avocados by peeling and dicing.
  2. Rinse blueberries and pat dry.
  3. Whisk together lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Combine mango, avocado, and blueberries in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing over fruit and gently toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
