Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 2 cups peaches sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 1-2 tbsp honey to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional if using frozen fruit

Method
 

  1. Prepare fruit by peeling and slicing peaches if using fresh.
  2. Add peaches, raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed.
  5. Pour into glasses, garnish with peach slices or raspberries, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen peaches for a thicker smoothie without ice cubes.
