Method
- Bring water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook until translucent, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked sago with coconut milk and salt in a bowl.
- Gently fold in sweetened strawberries and their juices.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes or serve immediately with ice cubes.
Notes
Add strawberries and coconut milk just before serving for best texture.
