Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Pound chicken to even thickness if needed.
  4. Rub chicken with olive oil.
  5. Mix spices and season both sides of chicken.
  6. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
  7. Cook 10 minutes then flip.
  8. Cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  9. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
