Main
  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Roast peppers and garlic until soft and charred.
  2. Cook pasta and reserve some pasta water.
  3. Blend roasted ingredients with cream and milk.
  4. Simmer sauce in a pan.
  5. Add cheese and seasoning.
  6. Combine pasta with sauce.
  7. Serve warm with garnish.

Notes

Adjust seasoning and add protein like chicken if desired.
