Soup Base
  • 2 cans white beans drained
  • 1 garlic bulb roasted
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Method
 

  1. Roast garlic at 400°F for 30–35 minutes.
  2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft.
