  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Mix sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  3. Stir in Rotel, cheddar, and seasonings.
  4. Add baking mix and mix until dough forms.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Drain Rotel well to prevent excess moisture.
