Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheet.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese until combined.
- Stir in Rotel, cheddar, and seasonings.
- Add baking mix and mix until dough forms.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Drain Rotel well to prevent excess moisture.
