- In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, chopped chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Refrigerate.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Season salmon with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
- Lightly toast slider buns.
- Spread chipotle mayo on buns, add salmon, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- Top with bun and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor add avocado slices or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
