Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
BLT Components
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato thinly sliced
Chipotle Mayo
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo finely chopped
  • 1 tsp adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, chopped chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Refrigerate.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Season salmon with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
  5. Lightly toast slider buns.
  6. Spread chipotle mayo on buns, add salmon, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  7. Top with bun and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor add avocado slices or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
