Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream infused with lavender
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pkg pie dough refrigerated

Method
 

  1. Infuse cream with lavender and strain.
  2. Cook honey, butter, cream, and cornstarch until thickened.
  3. Cut dough into circles and fill.
  4. Seal pies and brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake until golden, drizzle with honey, and salt.
