  • 0.75 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 0.33 cup pesto
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Layer puff pastry with pesto, cheese, and seasoning.
  3. Top with second pastry sheet and cut into tree shape.
  4. Cut and twist branches.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden.
