- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheeses and herbs.
- Add egg and water to form dough; chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut into snowflake shapes.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool on wire rack and serve.
