- Sauté onion and garlic, then add spinach until wilted.
- Place torn croissants in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, and seasonings.
- Add spinach mixture and feta over croissants.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.

- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30–35 minutes.
