  • 4 croissants torn into chunks
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic, then add spinach until wilted.
  2. Place torn croissants in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, and seasonings.
  4. Add spinach mixture and feta over croissants.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30–35 minutes.
