Ingredients
  

Scalloped Corn
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix whole kernel corn and cream-style corn in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour into baking dish and top with crushed crackers if using.
  6. Bake for 40–50 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Rest before serving warm.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be prepared ahead and baked before serving.
