Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined, chopped
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook shrimp briefly with garlic and green onions.
  2. Mix shrimp with crab, cream cheese, sour cream, lime, and spices.
  3. Prepare white sauce until thick and creamy.
  4. Fill tortillas, roll, and place in baking dish.
  5. Cover with sauce and cheese; bake until bubbly.

Notes

Avoid overcooking seafood. Let rest before serving.
