- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Scramble eggs in the same pan, then remove.
- Add garlic and vegetables and sauté until tender-crisp.
- Add rice and fry until hot and lightly crispy.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Fold in shrimp, crab, and eggs gently. Serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture.
