Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked rice cold
  • 0.75 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 lb lump crab meat drained
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, bell peppers
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs in the same pan, then remove.
  3. Add garlic and vegetables and sauté until tender-crisp.
  4. Add rice and fry until hot and lightly crispy.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Fold in shrimp, crab, and eggs gently. Serve hot.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best texture.
